A row of dark shuttered storefronts at dusk with one beauty salon window glowing warm — the one that gets found

Local Listings & Reputation

Google Business Profile, citations, reviews and geo-grid rank tracking — the map pack is where beauty gets found. From $295 a month per location.

Ask yourself how you found the last restaurant you tried. Somebody searched, looked at the map, read three reviews and picked. Beauty works exactly the same way, and the difference between the first pin and the fourth is the difference between a full column and a quiet Tuesday.

The profile first

We claim and rebuild your Google Business Profile properly: the right primary category, every service listed with descriptions, attributes that matter to your clientele, real hours including the holidays, photos that are yours, and a booking link that goes straight to your calendar rather than your homepage. Most profiles we inherit are missing half of that.

Then the consistency

Search engines cross-check your name, address and phone number across dozens of directories and data aggregators. An old suite number, a disconnected phone or a business name spelled three different ways quietly costs you rank, and nobody ever tells you. We build the citations, clean up the mismatches and keep them synced.

Reviews, honestly

A request goes out after the appointment, timed and worded so it does not feel like a chore. Every review that lands gets a written response in your voice — the good ones because it signals an owner who is paying attention, and the bad ones because a calm, specific, non-defensive reply is worth more in public than the review costs you. Where a review breaks platform rules we file for removal; where it does not, we answer it well.

We never buy reviews, incentivize them or gate them so only happy clients get asked. Platforms catch that, and it can cost you the profile you have spent years building.

Knowing where you actually rank

Rank is not one number — it changes block by block. Geo-grid tracking shows where in your service area you show up and where you vanish, so neighbourhood pages and profile work go where they are needed instead of everywhere at once.

More than one location

Each location is priced on its own because each one has its own profile, its own reviews and its own map. Groups run from a single dashboard with reporting rolled up, so you can see the whole business and each door at the same time.

The anatomy

There are only three slots.

Someone searches “balayage near me”, and above every website on the page sit three results. That is the whole competition. Here is what those three are made of.

Name, category and distanceWe set it
The category is the single most mis-set field in beauty. “Beauty salon” and “Hair salon” surface for different searches.
Rating and review countWe work it
Both matter, and the count usually matters more than the last decimal of the score.
Hours, and whether they are trustedWe hold it
Stale hours quietly suppress a profile. So does a phone number that disagrees with your other listings.
PhotosWe feed it
Recency counts. A profile fed from a content day looks alive; one with three photos from 2021 does not.
The Book buttonWe connect it
It only appears when a supported booking system is connected properly. Most profiles never get this far.

A diagram of what the three slots contain — not a screenshot, and not a ranking we are claiming. Where you actually sit is measured block by block on the Ranked tier, and reported to you either way.

Good to know

Good to know.

Why does the map pack matter so much?

Because most people looking for a salon, a lash fill or a facial search with intent and pick from the first three results on the map — not from a website they browsed. If your profile is thin, wrongly categorized or missing hours, you are invisible at the exact moment somebody is ready to book.

What are citations?

Your business listed consistently across the directories and data sources search engines cross-check — Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp, Yellow Pages, aggregators and the beauty-specific ones. Mismatched names, old addresses and dead phone numbers quietly cost you rank.

How do you get reviews?

A request that goes out after the appointment, timed and worded so it does not feel like a chore, plus responses written for every review that lands. We never buy, incentivize or gate reviews — platforms catch it and it can cost you the profile.

What happens with a bad review?

We draft a calm, specific, non-defensive reply and send it to you before it posts. Where a review breaks platform rules we file the removal. Where it does not, a good answer in public is worth more than the review costs you.

I have two locations. How is that priced?

Per location — the first sits in the tier you choose and each additional one is $195 a month. Districts covers groups from one dashboard with the reporting rolled up.
