It goes to a booker, not a shared inbox with a ticket number. The same person stays on it from the first reply to the final call sheet.
They ask the missing questions
Dates, call times, attire, duties, usage. Most first replies are questions rather than a number, because a quote written off half a brief is a quote that changes later.
An itemized quote
Rate, agency fee, overtime, travel and any certifications — listed separately. What you approve is what you are invoiced.
Confirmed in writing
A booking confirmation with the roster, the on-site lead, backups and cancellation terms. Nobody arrives on a verbal.
Business hours, Pacific. Same-week and next-day requests happen — call them out in the first line and we will tell you honestly whether we can cover it.

Headquartered in Reno, Nevada, working across Reno, Lake Tahoe and Las Vegas. There is no walk-in front desk — meetings are by appointment, usually at the property or the studio where the job actually is.
