The fine print
Privacy
What we collect, what we never do, and how long we keep it.
Plain-English version first: we collect what you give us to evaluate applications and run bookings, we never sell it, we don’t store copies of your ID, and if we don’t sign you we delete your application within 12 months. The details follow.
What we collect
- Talent applicants: name, date of birth (to confirm you are 18+), contact details, city, measurements and sizing, social handles, links to photos you choose to share, and anything you write in your application.
- Agent applicants: name, agency, contact details, markets, specialties and licensing information.
- Clients: contact details and event information submitted through the booking form.
- Website basics: standard server logs. We do not run advertising trackers.
What we do with it
We use this information to review applications, arrange bookings, process payments for booked work, meet legal obligations, and contact you about the things you asked us about. Signed agreements are stored with our e-signature provider along with their audit record.
What we never do
- We do not sell your personal information. If you want to confirm or exercise your opt-out rights under Nevada law (NRS 603A / SB 220), email privacy@sablesignal.com — the answer will be that there is nothing to opt out of, in writing.
- We do not store images of government IDs. When we verify identity at onboarding we view your ID live, record only the ID type, last four characters and expiration date, and keep no copy.
- We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and never from children under 13. Applications indicating an age under 18 are rejected and not retained.
Retention
- Applications we decline are deleted within 12 months of the decision.
- Roster and agent records are kept while we work together and for the period required for tax and legal records afterward.
- Booking inquiries are kept for our business records.
Security & breach notice
We limit access to applicant data to the people who review applications and run bookings, and we maintain reasonable security procedures. If a breach of security affects your unencrypted personal information, we will notify you as required by Nevada law.
Your choices
Email us at any time to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it (we will, unless a legal obligation requires keeping it). Use the address on our contact page.
The Signal (our email list). If you signed up for our occasional dispatches, you can take yourself off the list at any time at sablesignal.com/unsubscribe — one field, no login, effective immediately. Every email we send carries the same link. Removing yourself from the list does not affect replies to a booking inquiry, a talent application or a quote request: those are answers to something you sent us.
The operator of this website and the services it describes — the business responsible for your information under NRS 603A — is Lawthentics Limited, trading as Sable Signal.

Cookies, analytics and tracking
We do not run analytics on this site. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no visitor profiling. If you are simply reading these pages we set no cookies at all, and your browser is not asked to contact any third party — the fonts and every other asset are served from our own server on purpose.
Two exceptions, both of which do something for you rather than for us. WordPress sets a cookie if you log in to the site’s admin — that is for staff, not visitors. And our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which asks your browser to complete a check that tells a person apart from a bot; Turnstile is designed not to track you across other websites.
Because we set no visitor cookies and run no analytics, there is nothing here to opt out of and no consent banner to click through. If that ever changes, this page changes first.
Who else touches your information
We keep this list short on purpose, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone outside it:
Our hosting provider stores the website and its database.
Google Workspace carries our email, so anything you send us is stored in that mailbox.
Cloudflare provides the Turnstile check on our forms.
SignWell handles electronic signature when you are offered an agreement — only if you get to that stage.
Each of these only receives what it needs to do its job. None of them is given your information for their own marketing.
