How are rates structured?
Event staffing is quoted hourly per person with a four-hour minimum; talent for shoots is quoted as a day or half-day rate plus usage. Every quote is itemized — rate, agency fee, and any certifications or travel — with no surprises after the fact.
Is there a booking minimum?
Four hours per staffer for events. There's no headcount minimum — we staff single-host bookings and forty-person street teams with the same care.
Are your teams credentialed for casino work?
Yes. Teams working beverage and gaming floors are TAM-carded, briefed on each property's house rules, and always work under the venue's or supplier's license.
Are you insured?
Sable Signal carries general liability coverage, and certificates of insurance naming your venue or company as additional insured are available before load-in — just ask your booker.
How fast can you staff an event?
Quotes go out within 24 hours and most events are staffed within 72. For same-week requests, call us — our Reno bench can often cover next-day.
What if someone cancels or no-shows?
Every booking includes confirmed backups and an on-site lead. If a team member drops, the lead activates the backup — you'll usually never notice.
How do voiceover bookings work?
Send the script and the read you're hearing — we return curated auditions from the roster, typically within 48 hours. Sessions run remote with live direction or in-studio, and usage is quoted up front in writing.
Can you book a tribute or impersonation act?
Yes — it's a Vegas tradition and we book it properly. All acts we place are independent tribute performances, billed as tributes: they are not affiliated with or endorsed by the artists they celebrate, and event billing follows right-of-publicity rules.
