A beauty website has one job. Somebody found you, they like what they see, and they want a time. Everything else on the page is in service of that, or it is in the way.
Booking first, literally
Book Now sits above the fold on every screen and follows the visitor down the page on mobile — which is where nearly all of your traffic is. It connects to whatever you already run: Vagaro, Boulevard, GlossGenius, Square, Fresha, Booksy, Mindbody, or a plain link. We will not make you change booking platforms to have a website. That is a decision about your business, not your web design.
The things beauty sites get wrong
Prices hidden behind “call for pricing”, which reads as expensive and loses the booking. One long service list instead of a page per service, which means Google never learns you do balayage or dermaplaning. Hours that are wrong. A gallery of stock photos. A phone number that is not tappable. Four seconds of loading before anything appears. We fix all of that as a matter of course, not as an upsell.
Built from your own content
If you have had a content day with us, the site is built from those images and it shows. If you have not, we will tell you honestly whether the photos you have are good enough to build on — and if they are not, a half day is usually cheaper than the difference it makes.
What you own
The domain is registered in your name, in your own account. The site is yours. The care plan — hosting, updates, backups, security and small monthly edits — is optional and cancels any time. Nothing is held hostage, ever.
Bigger builds
Multi-location groups, med spas and resort spas get location pages, consultation and intake funnels, membership and gift-card flows, and reminder, rebooking and win-back automations. Those are scoped individually, because no two groups run the same way.
The difference
The same six decisions, twice.
Nearly every beauty site loses the booking in the same six places. This is what we change, and why — not a redesign for its own sake.
Most beauty sites
Booking-first
Booking
A “Book” link in the menu, three taps deep
Book Now fixed on screen, one tap, from every page
Prices
“Call for pricing” — so they call somewhere else
Real prices on every service, so they arrive decided
The basics
Hours from two years ago, no parking, no directions
Hours, parking, directions and click-to-call, one tap away
Pictures
Stock photos of a salon that is not yours
Your own content day — your chairs, your work, your faces
Speed
Six seconds on a phone, on salon wifi
Built to open before they lose interest
The handoff
A link out to Instagram, and they never come back
Connected to the booking system you already use
These are patterns we see across the industry, not a description of anyone's site in particular. If yours already gets most of them right, we will tell you that and quote the fixes instead of a rebuild.
