Sable Signal Studio

Social Media Management

Strategy, a monthly calendar, posting, stories and community management for salons, suites, spas and studios — from $395 a month.

Your feed is your window. It is also the thing that slides to the bottom of the list every single week, because you were on the floor with a client and the day got away from you. That is the job we take.

What we actually do each month

We build a calendar from your services, your season and what performed last month, then run it. Posts are written in your voice and drafted a week ahead, so you are approving in a batch instead of scrambling at nine at night. Stories go up between them to keep the account warm — the ones people actually watch: a colour formula, a before, a fifteen-second finish, the new retail on the shelf.

Engagement is the half nobody sees. Comments answered, DMs triaged, tagged photos reshared, the people who saved your last post gently pulled back. On the larger tiers that happens daily, because in beauty the account that replies is the account that gets booked.

Where the content comes from

Three places, in this order. Your content day — a photographer and a face off our own board, in your space, once a quarter or once a month depending on your package. Your own phone, guided by a running shot list we send you so you know exactly what to grab between clients. And light design work for menus, promos, price changes and announcements.

Stock is a last resort, not a strategy. Anyone can buy the same photo of a woman in a robe. Nobody else has your chair, your light and your work.

What we will not do

We will not buy you followers, run a giveaway that fills your account with people who will never book, or post a transformation that is not yours. We do not quote prices or take bookings in your DMs without written instruction — that is your business, and getting it wrong costs you a client.

Reporting you can check

One page a month: what went out, what got saved and shared, which posts drove profile taps and link clicks, and what we are changing next month because of it. If something is not working we say so in that report, not six months later when you ask.

The cadence

A week, not a burst.

The reason a feed works is that it keeps turning up. Here is a typical week on The Salon — 24 posts, 20–25 stories and 8 videos a month, spread out rather than dumped on a Monday.

  1. Mon Quiet day. Stories only — chair-side, restock, what is on the books. Stories
  2. Tue A service post. The work, shot properly, priced in the caption. Feed post, Stories
  3. Wed Transformation reel from the content day. Feed post, Short-form video, Stories
  4. Thu Provider spotlight — a face, a speciality, a booking link. Feed post, Stories
  5. Fri Weekend availability. The post that fills Saturday. Feed post, Short-form video, Stories
  6. Sat Live from the floor. Busiest day, lightest lift. Feed post, Stories
  7. Sun Stories and replies. Next week goes into the calendar. Stories
Feed post Short-form video Stories

An example week, not a template we impose. Your real calendar is built around your quiet days, your promotions and when your clients are actually on their phones — and you see it before anything publishes.

Good to know

Good to know.

Who writes the captions?

We do — then you approve. Everything is drafted in your voice from a short intake at the start, and nothing publishes in your name that you have not seen. Approvals happen in a shared calendar, not a chain of texts.

Where does the content come from?

Three places: your content day, your own phone footage (we give you a running shot list of what to grab between clients), and light design work for menus, promos and announcements. Stock is a last resort, not a strategy.

How many platforms should I actually be on?

Fewer than you think. A solo renter is usually Instagram plus one — TikTok if you are building, Facebook if your clientele lives there. We would rather run two properly than five badly.

Do you handle DMs and booking questions?

We handle comments and general DMs on every tier, and triage booking questions to you with a saved reply so nobody waits. We never quote a price or book an appointment on your behalf without written instruction.

What if I do not like a post?

Say so and it does not run. If a direction is not working we change it at the monthly report, not six months later.

Tell us about your chair.

One walk-through, one itemized plan. We answer within one business day, and there is no charge to find out what this would cost you.

Rates are base pricing; final pricing depends on scope and number of locations. We do not sell follower counts and we do not promise revenue.
