Your feed is your window. It is also the thing that slides to the bottom of the list every single week, because you were on the floor with a client and the day got away from you. That is the job we take.
What we actually do each month
We build a calendar from your services, your season and what performed last month, then run it. Posts are written in your voice and drafted a week ahead, so you are approving in a batch instead of scrambling at nine at night. Stories go up between them to keep the account warm — the ones people actually watch: a colour formula, a before, a fifteen-second finish, the new retail on the shelf.
Engagement is the half nobody sees. Comments answered, DMs triaged, tagged photos reshared, the people who saved your last post gently pulled back. On the larger tiers that happens daily, because in beauty the account that replies is the account that gets booked.
Where the content comes from
Three places, in this order. Your content day — a photographer and a face off our own board, in your space, once a quarter or once a month depending on your package. Your own phone, guided by a running shot list we send you so you know exactly what to grab between clients. And light design work for menus, promos, price changes and announcements.
Stock is a last resort, not a strategy. Anyone can buy the same photo of a woman in a robe. Nobody else has your chair, your light and your work.
What we will not do
We will not buy you followers, run a giveaway that fills your account with people who will never book, or post a transformation that is not yours. We do not quote prices or take bookings in your DMs without written instruction — that is your business, and getting it wrong costs you a client.
Reporting you can check
One page a month: what went out, what got saved and shared, which posts drove profile taps and link clicks, and what we are changing next month because of it. If something is not working we say so in that report, not six months later when you ask.
