From the lead on the call sheet to the face in the background, these are the screen roles productions cast in Nevada — and what each one actually means when you book it.

Principal roles

• Lead / series regular — the role the story is built on; full-run commitment on episodic, top-of-call on features.
• Supporting — substantial named roles across multiple scenes or episodes.
• Guest star — a significant episodic arc, usually central to that episode’s story.
• Co-star — a smaller speaking role, often one scene, that still has to land.
• Day player — a speaking role booked by the day; the workhorse credit of working actors.
• Real-person / testimonial talent — actual people with actual professions, cast for authenticity in commercials and brand film.

Set & support roles

• Featured background — non-speaking but camera-noticed: the dealer, the bartender, the concierge.
• Background / extra — the atmosphere that makes a scene a place; booked in counts, wrangled by our lead.
• Stand-in — matches a principal’s height and coloring for lighting and blocking setups.
• Photo double — steps in for a principal in shots where the face isn’t featured.
• Body double — matched physique for specific coverage.
• Precision driver — licensed, controlled, non-stunt driving on camera.
